The Welcome to Night Vale Fandom is one of several unseen Fandoms that you can hear from but not actually see, or maybe you can. He is the subject of the Mysterious Signals sidequest. He will often foreshadow events, such as when his San Ilia radio foreshadowed events in the Land of Fear and Legend and the Land of Murder and Despair. He has otherworldly knowledge and is crucial in one of the dungeons in LOFAL, where he warns the players of various thought traps.
